Directions to Our Office

Below please find the detailed directions not only to the building where our law office is located, but also to the exact location of our office within the building. The office is located in the courtyard of the building, so it is not visible from the main street.

• From I-405 (North or South), take the NE 8th Street WEST exit - toward Bellevue Square Mall.
• From NE 8th Street, turn right onto 110th Ave NE.
• Proceed about 2.5 blocks (past one street light on 110th Ave NE). Our building is on the corner of 110^th Ave NE and NE 11^th Street. (It is a mixed-use building, called "Library Square," with commercial units on the first floor, and residential condominiums above.)
• Turn right onto NE 11th Street. The parking garage is on your immediate left.

PARKING:

• Please proceed one level down the ramp. On your left, you will see four parking spaces with our firm's "Reserved" parking signs; on the right, in the corner, you will see two additional parking spaces with the same "Reserved" sign for our clients. Please park in any one of those six available spaces.
• When you exit your car, you will see a central staircase with "Access to Street" sign. Please proceed up two flights of stairs. Turn right. Open the door. Proceed into the small lobby area. On your left, you will see glass double doors leading you outside into the courtyard. (The glass doors on your right lead into the residential lobby, and those doors are locked.) Please proceed into the courtyard. Our office is on your right - the only office in the courtyard.

DISABLED ACCESS PARKING:

The disabled access parking space is on your immediate left as you enter the garage. When you exit your car, please walk out of the garage onto the sidewalk, turn right, walk to the south-west corner of the building, turn right again, and head to the north corner of the building. You will see our firm's large silver sign with black letters in the planter box. It will lead you into the alleyway at the north corner of the building. Please proceed down the alleyway into the courtyard of the building. Our office will be in front of you.

Alternatively, if you prefer to park on the street (2-hour limit), the easiest way to get to the courtyard of our building is via a narrow alleyway on the north corner of the building at 110th Ave NE. You will see our firm's large silver sign with black lettering in the planter box at the north corner of the building. It will lead you into the alleyway. Please proceed down the alleyway into the courtyard of the building. Our office will be in front of you.
